Amazing deals available. I booked Discovery Cove for Dec 26 as its my sisters 50th. Very helpful team, I was trying to book some extras, but discovery cove website and app weren't letting me do it. My phone wouldn't let me call america, but Attraction tickets team put me on a conference call with them so I managed to sort it. Thanks again

Yesterday we needed to make some changes as due to my job we had to change our holiday dates which impacted on tickets.
I received amazing service from Margaret!! What an absolute asset she is to the team! She went above and beyond, kept me updated and sorted things out for me, she was reassuring, patient, understanding and knowledgeable.

Loro Parque is amazing, one if not the best zoo’s I have ever been to! So well looked after and rich in history and information about the animals and their well-being, if you love animals it’s a must whilst visiting Tenerife.
And with attraction tickets.com we got a free burger each which was a lot better than expected and tasted great :)

If you're like me, I generally try and book things with official websites, unless I have full confidence in other sources. This was my first booking with Attraction Tickets and have to say, it was great. We booked Discovery Cove Ultimate Package as well as Universal Explorer and Express passes with them. I thought the prices were great and the customer service was also excellent. We made use of some of the frequent discount codes and when a better code came up, it was easy to cancel and rebook. Overall, I was really impressed and would use again in full confidence. Thanks so much for making our holiday easy and allowing us to just focus on enjoying ourselves.

I’ve waited to return from our Easter trip to Orlando before writing this review. We had the most amazing time, and used Attraction Tickets for a Discovery Cove package with its associated parks, Kennedy space centre ticket bundle including lunch vouchers and an epic 6 days at a Disney resort and Disney parks, dining plans etc. Our Travel Consultant Juliana was such a lovely lady to speak to (a few times due to my numerous questions), she has lots of tips and solid advice which was super useful and helped us maximise our holiday. She kept me updated via email and I’d like to thank her immensely. And I couldn’t recommend her enough for anyone considering an Orlando trip!

They do not respect agreements, manipulate bookings without customer consent, and refuse refunds even when they are at fault.
Book at your own risk!
Our experience with AttractionTickets.com was deeply disappointing and extremely frustrating.
We booked tickets for Disneyland Paris for April 22nd. After the booking, we were contacted by customer service and informed that tickets for our selected date were no longer available.
We were offered either an alternative date or a full refund, and we explicitly declined the alternative, requesting a cancellation and full refund.
Shockingly, despite our clear instructions, AttractionTickets.com unilaterally rebooked us for April 23rd without our consent.
We could not attend on the 23rd and never agreed to this date.
Still, they withheld our money even though they themselves had canceled our original booking!
This is not just poor service, it is a serious violation of consumer rights and basic contract law.
AttractionTickets.com’s handling of this matter was misleading, dishonest, and completely disrespectful.
We are now proceeding to involve a lawyer to seek legal action and full reimbursement.

As part of the purchase for Disney Paris was a 50 euro gift card and 10 photos. The gift card was empty so I could not use it and the photos wouldn’t download. If offered this package I wouldn’t bother. Attractiontickets blamed Disney and Disney knew nothing about either. Very disappointing .

We completely understand your frustration regarding the ticket situation and the inconvenience it has caused. However, it's important to note that our ticket amendment and refund policy, as outlined at the time of purchase, specifies that tickets can only be amended or refunded more than 72 hours before the selected date, in alignment with Disneyland's terms. Unfortunately, regardless of the reason, Disneyland won't refund us for the tickets issued.
When urgent, we always recommend customers call us directly for faster assistance.
