Fantastic customer service
Had to phone up due to accidently downloading tickets and finding out that they ran out within one year of downloading them. Queried if we could reactivate them as said above, and the lass who helped with the query got them reissued for when we needed them.
I needed a name changed on a ticket package. I emailed Customer Services and Jannine Green messaged me swiftly with the updated tickets with the name change, quickly putting my mind at rest.
Really helpful, friendly and experienced staff who are very knowledgeable in how tickets and hotels can be used in Orlando Disney and Universal. Great tips and advice on how to get the most out of your holiday.
