My young daughter fell ill on holidays in Spain so we waited to see if she would get better to go to Portaventura. I left it as late as possible to see if she would recover but she didn't until the last day of our short break. I called but was told no I can't get refund but go to the park to see if the date could be moved. I didn't know my daughter would get ill so how can I contact you 72 hours before cancellation
