Had a really good choice of tickets to match the various needs and flexibility people want when organising their holidays. Very easy to book and having options with payment was really useful. Having discount was really nice but prices were competitive compared to travel companies. We have our tickets already which is fabulous.

We bought a combo ticket for 2 attractions on Tenerife and weren't able to use one of them due to bad weather closure. The customer service representative told us that the chances for part refund are sleek due to T&C, but after long waiting for a response from the attraction's people, we have received our money back. This is how you can recognise a great company! We will be definitely using them next time!

Unfortunately we had to cancel our first set of tickets due to a bereavement. Aware we had to give 72 hours notice to cancel we were refunded the full amount in days. We have now rebooked and again the process was excellent. Looking forward to our trip. Thank you attractions tickets.

Easy to book the tickets we needed fast delivery to inbox and tickets available pretty much instantly to download.
Only thing I had trouble with was booking different tickets at the same time we nee
ded 2 3 days and 2 2 day tickets it wouldn’t let me add all at once to the basket so I had to make 2 orders. Not a massive problem just would have Made it a little bit easier to have them al together on one order.

Will not use again

Tickets took four days to come through and that was only because I phoned to chase. The free burger offer didn't work, my son was told the code wasn't valid. Will just book direct with the attraction next time.

Fantastic customer service

I had an issue with a recent purchase I made for Disneyland Paris where I had made an error in my booking. I messaged through Chat and received a very prompt response, after a brief explanation over Chat my error was resolved perfectly by Juliaand I received a confirmation email and was re-booked correctly within 30 minutes of my first contact. Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend a company with such exemplary customer service agents.

Poor processes and no follow up

I bought some tickets at the start of this year to Gatorland for our upcoming trip to Florida in August. Around April time, I got a email telling me the free gator food voucher was ready which is when I noticed the child ticket was missing. I rang them up and they told me there was a technical issue and they'd fix the issue for me and email me the ticket.
I never received an email so I checked a few weeks later to find that all the tickets were now missing on the account so had to ring up again. Again, I was told this would be fixed and I'd get an email with the tickets.
I still never received an email and when I checked my account after a few weeks they had actually removed the discount code and it showed I owed them money despite having paid for them all up front!
I had to ring for a 4th time and was promised it would be fixed and I'd have all the tickets emailed to me... Guess what?! 2 weeks later I still haven't received an email and am still missing a child ticket that I've paid for! it's great that they're easily contactable but their processes and customer service is terrible. Fortunately, these are only cheap tickets but I certainly will never purchase expensive Disney or Universal tickets because if something goes wrong good luck in getting them to sort it!
