Super easy layout of the page and found the tickets we wanted pretty quickly, it clearly outlined what you got and a discount. When checking out I had no issues applying the discount code and I received an email about 10 minutes after purchasing to say tickets were ready to be downloaded. so extremely quick service.
Used them for Disney Paris and Disney Florida in the past year. Both times I had queries about my order and their customer service is fantastic. Helped me with my queries and made my holidays perfect for the family! Cheapest prices and always fast to respond.
Customer service was brilliant: I booked tickets but missed out the discount code. I called customer services up a few hours later. The lady was very friendly on the phone, cancelled my booking and then rebooked for me adding on the discount code.

Experience was really good also corrected a mistake of mine by changing name on ticket not a problem …. I am waiting for an e ticket so I can add to wallet . Very good customer service

Our plans changed from going to Florida to visiting LA instead. Rather than being able to transfer our deposit to buying Disney tickets etc in LA, we had to lose the £50.deposit. Not helpful at all! Would have been spending a lot of money still with the company just in a different state! Have used Attraction Tickets for many years but won't be using again with such poor customer service.
