Everthing was great, and we were about to rate our experience to the maximum. We found a good price for our tickets, but we wanted to change the date because we got confused when clicking on the calendar. So we emailed them immediately after the purchase, but they haven't answer back so far, and it's been 2 days already... We hope they contact us ASAP!
Had a really good choice of tickets to match the various needs and flexibility people want when organising their holidays. Very easy to book and having options with payment was really useful. Having discount was really nice but prices were competitive compared to travel companies. We have our tickets already which is fabulous.

We bought a combo ticket for 2 attractions on Tenerife and weren't able to use one of them due to bad weather closure. The customer service representative told us that the chances for part refund are sleek due to T&C, but after long waiting for a response from the attraction's people, we have received our money back. This is how you can recognise a great company! We will be definitely using them next time!

We had an issue with our universal tickets and Michelle took her time to sort them out for us and even stayed on the call after the closing time. Extremely efficient and helpful.

This was a great venue for a family group of 10 aged 1-70! We all loved the zoo. The orca and dolphin shows were fantastic and all the animals appeared cared for. Reassuring that they are very involved in rescue and conservation work, as obviously the best place for all of these wonderful creatures is in their wild habitat - but it was very educational.
The parque is very clean and beautifully landscaped. We took a free road train from the square in Puerto dela Cruz which added to the fun!
Ordering was easy and digital tickets were promptly sent. The price was good too and included a free burger. It was very helpful that once purchased for this particular attraction that we could use our ticket any day.
The only problem we encountered was the ticket nor the venue provided any info as to where we could order our burgers - this would have been useful to know as we wasted precious time asking at different food outlets and queing at the wrong place.
I would use AttractionTickets again.

got them quickly easy to print of and store on my phone but what I miss is the small plastic ticket that we used to get, they are always a good bit of merchandise to keep, I have all my previous ones

Tickets took four days to come through and that was only because I phoned to chase. The free burger offer didn't work, my son was told the code wasn't valid. Will just book direct with the attraction next time.

I had an issue with a recent purchase I made for Disneyland Paris where I had made an error in my booking. I messaged through Chat and received a very prompt response, after a brief explanation over Chat my error was resolved perfectly by Juliaand I received a confirmation email and was re-booked correctly within 30 minutes of my first contact. Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend a company with such exemplary customer service agents.
