I had originally booked our Universal Tickets for the wrong Date which did not coincide with the rest of our family party's dates. I was stressing that I had made the mistake and it was going to cost me to sort it out( money I hadn't got). But I phoned the customer service number and JULIA was absolutely amazing!! She was very calming and understanding. As our tickets needed to be transfered she checked on Dates and prices and got it all sorted over the phone. She told me I would get an email cancelling original booking which would be followed by a totally new booking.
I was able to download tickets within a few minutes and add them to Google wallet. Literally can't fault their customer service. BIG THANKS TO JULIA.♡♡
