Downside on this occasion, took 2.5 days for the electronic ticket to be confirmed. Yes, the web page says that when you look at T&C's but I've always received the ticket within the hour on previous occasions.

Received the email with our tickets straight away, ticket done exactly what it said in the description. Had a brilliant day out. We are from the UK and this was an experience abroad - the original website wouldn’t let us book. Much easier and less hassle booking through Attraction Tickets!
Unfortunately we had to cancel our tickets due to visa problems, attraction tickets were so helpful and lovely to deal with. Arranging a full refund in no time at all, absolutely stress free and exactly what you need when dealing with problems. We will definitely be using them again.
