Absolutely great. This company just couldn't improve their customer service. They respond immediately to your order and telling you when it will be delivered. The product is perfect for me on my balcony such that I bought another one. On top of all of that the product is very reasonably priced.
Only small quibble they were difficult to find to collect the 2nd one - no sign just one saying Collection Point. Google maps doesn't take you there.

First time using Appliances Direct & would thoroughly recommend them.
Two delivery men were polite & courteous & set up my new fridge freezer (after bringing it up 3 flights of stairs) - fixed on the handles - took the old one away & all the packaging.
Ordered a reconditioned cooker yesterday afternoon, it was delivered at 6am today. Appliances direct kept me up to date on the ETA, even the driver rang me to advise of a precise time of arrival. Product was well packed, works spot on and even came with a double female hose connector (plus gasket). I’ll be using this company again.
The experience from initially contacting Appliences Direct and follow through with emails and delivery of my counter top fridge was fantastic. The gentleman that I spoke to firstly was so lovely and friendly Especially as I work full time and had only one day off to receive my purchase, he was so accomadating to my request of that delivery date. Nothing was too much trouble for him to organise. Secondly the delivery was spot on. I was so impressed. Thirdly. The fridge is so nice and fitted into my little kitchen well. The colour is true to the what I expected from the discription that was advertised

Awful Telephone service. Rang at 4.55,they knew my name,got put on hold,call never answered. Rerung and message said office closed.didnt know whether I was going to receive my order that day.wont use this company again.

Easy to order electric hob. Choosing the day of delivery was helpful. Being home meant delivery was not left on door step.

Absolutely atrocious service - I am not a single appliance purchaser, but order dozens of appliances from the likes of AO & Marks electricals on a monthly basis without any issues. For the 2nd time in 3 months my appliance was not delivered by AppDirect on the day agreed, not even a courtesy call or text message to say they would not be showing up - waited at work until 8PM. Next day follow-up calls resulted in promised call-backs that never happened. Like wise the next day. The telephone menu service round robins until you get the message ' attendant not available at this time'. There is NO email service despite what they say about your account page and the chat service does not work.

The item had no electric cable, it has taken me ages to get through to be told I now have got and pay for an electrian.
Why would i want an electical item that has no means of getting electric to it. Apparently it tells you in the specifications, I didnt read those as it already showed it was the correct dimensions for my kitchen and that's what I would use tge specifications part for.
I was told in a very matter of fact way this is how it is & as long as all packaging was as it was when delivered, I would have you pay for it returning! Packaging is never the same once you've opened it on a large item.
Won't be recommending or using this company again!!

Ordered a ceramic egg bbq that arrived with a gaping hole in the roof. They use stalling tactics to try and put the customer off refunding. Also they first offered me £15 to keep the item! I explained it’s a bbq with half the roof missing how would that work? They then came back and offered me £40!
A week in with no resolution and they don’t reply at weekends so can see this dragging on and will have to get the bank to intervene
