Easy website, great deals, swift delivery.

The website was easy to navigate and I was able to shortlist some suitable options quickly. There was also a great deal of choice available and, once I'd chosen the product I wanted, it was simple to complete check out. My new panel heater was delivered ahead of schedule and arrived in great condition! I'd recommend them again.

Very Good

Appliance Direct was easy online and delivery as expected.
We bought a Boss 3 burner dual fuel barbecue. It took hours to put it together. The instructions were not clear and holes were not aligned properly. Some bolts to hold doors on were missing, It looks ok though but not used it yet!

Truly amazing experience

I recently bought a freezer from appliances direct and was delighted with the service . The freezer was exactly what i had ordered , it was delivered completely according to the date and time agreed . The delivery was spectacular , two delightful you men arrived on time , and they placed the freezer in position , and then they checked that it worked . Truly amazing experience . Beryl Pym

Great outdoor kitchenen.

I bought an outdoor kitchen which I thought was great value. It was quite easy to assemble with good instruction booklet. All components are well built. Would definitely recommend.

Great Delivery

Big Thank you to the delivery driver who helped me take the appliance up the stairs into my first floor flat. The customer service person said they wouldn't be able to (ground floor only).They really need to think about hassle and stress this policy causes for customers who don't live on the ground floor .

Easy to use website

Easy to use website, kept me well informed about delivery.
Not a criticism as it made my husband laugh, but one of the delivery guys was overheard saying how hideous my new retro pink fridge freezer was! The other guy very diplomatically replied “each to their own”.

Could not believe how quickly this…

Could not believe how quickly this order came.
Ordered 7 45 on Sunday morning and was here 3.45 on Monday.
Now that's what you call customer service.
What a company,alot of companies could learn from this.

Super quick delivery

Super quick delivery, ordered on Sunday chose std delivery not express and arrived on the Monday!
Not installed yet but cooker hood looks like a quality piece of kit 👍

AVOID

AVOID! Tumble dryer delivered with what driver said was a small dent on side, but he would report damage and App Direct would compensate. Nothing heard and 2 months later, machine making constant grinding sound. Paid extra for Hotpoint extended guarantee for repair. Found drum, entire frame and front panel twisted and had to replace. More likely had been dropped off the back of the van. App Direct not interested and said never pay compensation. Seems from other reviews they specialise in delivering damaged goods. Be warned!

Great website and helpful customer service providing additional clarity on item purchased.
True to word, the item was delivered the next day (Saturday). Well packaged and item was as described and seen online. Highly competitive pricing.
Would definitely use this company again!

Appliances Direct are my shop to go to

Appliances Direct always has a good selection of white goods and competitively priced. Much better than going through Amazon! I ordered and selected fast delivery and items came next day before midday. It was their electriQ brand, which was just as good as some of the famous brands, if not better.

Good

The delivery was good, the men put the tray inside where we wanted it, the messages we got were helpful regarding the progress of the delivery.
The tray itself was good, replacing an old tray that hadn't been installed properly by Wickes and anyway had to be removed to access Wickes pipework which was leaking. The tray so far seems ok.

ELectriq EAP500HC

I was given wrong info by the sales man when I asked if this machine used the same filters as the model I had and was told incorrectly yes.( that machine rather elderly had failed and I had new filters.
However he did point me to the best machine available for me and I can’t fault its performance in cleaning the air, ease of use and quietness in most modes. An excellent machine and very happy with it.

Replacement of Faulty Lawnmower Experience

I purchased a Flymo Lawnmower in May 2023 which was not used over the winter and when using again in March 2024, worked for a few minutes and then completely stopped. I contacted customer service and a very helpful guy discussed the problem and arranged for the item to be collected the next day and returned to them.
The collection was made, and I was messaged when it arrived at the returns centre with info that I would be informed within 3 days of how the problem was to be resolved. 2 days later I was contacted by phone and a replacement unit was agreed to be sent, it was delivered the next day. First class customer service, can't get better than that, add the fact that the prices are very competitive and they have the whole package.
I highly recommend this company and will definitly be using them again,

Ordered a Zanussi oven - never arrived

Ordered a Zanussi oven, I was told it was in stock and being delivered today via email and text. I took a day off work and called to confirm delivery time slot, and they made up some nonsense about it being lost by the BID services courrier, and they couldnt get it reordered and not having any more in stock, having earlier told me the order hadnt been created. awaiting refund but would never use this company again. wasted half an hour and a day off work.

Better

Had a call from delivery driver, confirming half hour, but NO install, not working that day!!.He advised he would call the office & rearrange for Monday, nope, received a text sorry we missed you, please re book your delivery.I had to call &
asked for am Monday nope, slots will be added Monday & then the same statement how would you like us to proceed over & over, no help confirming times after taking half a day, now have to another half day. Delivery completed lads were great, unfortunately they couldn't install as my existing machine is hardwired to a spur.
