Great customer experience

Really helpful on line chat for guidance (Niall?), good web site and easy ordering and payment process. Then speedy next day delivery with progress updates. Delivery guys got 5 stars too for being on time and really helpful when they got here. Haven't installed the deLonghi a/c unit yet, but have confidence it will work fine - all the bits were there along with the instruction manual. All in all a great customer experience.

My old fridge freezer had broken down

My old fridge freezer had broken down, went on live chat and advisor gave me 3 options to chose from as I needed a smaller size to fit under my larder. From then placing the order, they were extremely informative, keeping me up to date with my delivery, which arrived very promptly and the Drivers we very friendly. Would definitely use this company again.

Exceptional delivery schedule

Exceptional delivery schedule. Ordered at 7pm and delivered the next day at 1pm.
The BBQ is a good solid product and although the instructions aren't as clear as they could be I had no problem putting it together over an hour or two.
First meals cooked at a lower temp than usual on my old BBQ with no flare-ups and only using two centre burners which gave enough heat to grill and cook over outside plates.
Normal process to clean and the sturdy cover is a bonus.
Definitely recommend this for a family and larger groups.

Excellent service.

The company was in touch at several points along the way.They texted the window of delivery time and then phoned 15 mins before delivery.
A very quick and hassle free delivery by very polite delivery men.
A pleasure doing business with appliances direct, I will buy again from this company again.

You have to attach the freezer handle yourself

Arrived on time with a phone call prior to arrival. The delivery men were unaware that I had paid for my freezer to be unpacked but did so for me.
I would warn anyone with disabilities that you have to attach the handle onto the freezer yourself this caused me problems. If I had know prior to ordering I may have looked for a different make.
Overall a happy bunny.

Poor delivery partner - didn't turn up, didn't communicate the no show

Poor delivery partner.

Courier amended the delivery date without my input. Did not tell me. Came 2 days after scheduled.

Put a lot of business through Appliances and Laptops direct. Will think twice in future, unreliable and poor service. Call centre initially wanted to refund me HALF of the delivery fee. Left a very bitter taste for a supposed good will gesture!

A great service all round

A great service all round. Not many companies will deliver TVs to Northern Ireland, but Appliances Direct did, for a good price and a whole week earlier than advertised. The price for the TV was a also excellent. Very happy customer and would not hesitate to recommend

Satisfied customer

Ordering was easy. Regular updates on progress of order. Part of the order was deliverd on time but one item omitted and was delivered later in the day. Because of this I only gave 4 stars.

Ordered dehumidifier/air purifier from Appliances Direct, and was informed that it had been dispatched via DPD. Got message from DPD that they had received item and was given a time slot along with a four digit code which would be asked for by delivery driver.
An excellent service by Appliances Direct.

We ordered a undercounter fitted Fridge…

We ordered a undercounter fitted Fridge on Monday 13.05.2024 around 11:00. Next day delivery and fitting booked. On the next day after a phone call to say they were 20/30 away turned up at 09:00. By 09:44 fridge installed, including fitted cupboard door. No mess at all, all items removed no hassle what's so ever. Good communications.

Moving-In Gift Ruined: Cancelled TV & Delayed Refund (£50 Error!)

I'm incredibly frustrated! I ordered a TV as a moving-in gift for my son this weekend, but it was cancelled due to a £50 pricing error by AD. This is a huge inconvenience – I even took a day off work for the scheduled delivery. Now, I'm facing a double whammy: no TV and no refund of £854 until next week! To top it all off, a simple price adjustment would have resolved this whole issue. Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it!

BUYER BEWARE-Uses false low prices to lure customers to website.

DO NOT - use this company...they cancelled my order because they said there was a price error on their website. The cancellation said..."Your order has been cancelled for the following reason:
You no longer required the order". THIS IS A LIE because I never cancelled the order. Terrible, horrible, useless, lying company that uses false low prices to lure customers to its website. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Appliances direct delivered the…

Appliances direct delivered the dishwasher on time, on the date expected. The dishwasher washes well but there is an issue with the drawer cup covers. The first of four broke on the first use. I have removed the other three as they do not work as intended within the instructions

Fantastic service

Fantastic service! It has a wide variety of products at great prices. The website is very easy to navigate. I ordered a replacement air filter for my Air Purifier and they always have it in stock even though the model is now quite a few years old. The biggest surprise was that I ordered it on standard delivery but was upgraded and it got delivered the next day! Very impressed! It's the first site I go to for any appliances!
