I bought my induction hob from them 3…

I bought my induction hob from them 3 years ago, and at purchase they promised a 3-year warranty. The hob broke 2.5 years in, and I was worried that they wouldn't honour the warranty (I worried that they would claim I should have registered with the hob producer, even though they never asked me to), and when they referred me to an external company for the warranty to be serviced (Pacifica) I thought it was a ruse to eventually deny me service... but it wasn't: even though it took a while longer than I would have expected, my appliance was eventually fixed, so thanks AD.

Excellent service.
I would definately be buying from here if i need a appliance in the future.
Emails and support was very swift. No fuss, very lovely to deal with. 1 million times better customer service then crappy currys and samsung.

The Machine was sold as a referb but is…

The Machine was sold as a referb but is immaculate and looks brand new. Delivery was early the next morning and the driver was polite and extremely helpful.
We had family arriving the same day to stay the week so only just connected the dryer up and all seems to work brilliantly.

Great service

After trying to buy a vented tumble dryer yesterday and finding either non in stock or a long delivery wait we ordered from here yesterday. Had a call to say who would be delivering it and it arrived this morning and its up and running in less than 24 hours from ordering it

Good value, fast delivery

We ordered an out door kitchen which we thought was really good value compared to others we’d seen. It came with a free cover too which was a bonus. It was delivered really quickly and I managed to put it together relatively easily (although slightly fiddly in some parts). We haven’t used it yet but it looks lovely and we look forward to the weather improving to be able to cook outside.

Equipment delivered quickly

Equipment delivered quickly, well-packed and undamaged. Easy to unpack and install.

Slight problem with DPD (delivery company) that thought there was no one home (even though cars in drive) and left electronic note for redelivery. However, we did not know it wasn't automatic and a couple of days passed till we tried 'button-pressing' and got a new date. So, suggestion is for this service to be better explained to customers (extra sentence in delivery note? e.g. 'Connect to web-address below to choose redelivery date') There you are, job done...

This company won't disappoint

From ordering online and to getting my lovely fridge-freezer the next day.The process was rast easy with no problems at all.The delivery driver Mike was fantastic aswell rang as company promised,and as a lone worker did not disappoint.Will defo use this company again

The experience with Appliance Direct was excellent, I have been informed on every step. The delivery time email was precise to one hour and item delivered within that hour.

Great communication made sure I was…

Great communication made sure I was happy about every aspect to my purchase before it arrived and gave very good advice on the particular machine I had chosen to purchase. Staff were friendly helpful and when I explained I lived up one flight of stairs they told me that was not a problem. The driver that came was amazing would definitely buy from this company again as the goods I bought were A1

10 out of 10, the best experience of on line shopping

To say that we are pleased with the product and the company would be an understatement. The fridge we bought ( a Beko) is the best we’ve ever had for looks and performance. The delivery was as good and all communication with the company great 👍.
The only thing we would have liked is the unpacking was hard for us and we could have done with the packaging taken away, but ha ho it’s in and working great.

Product dissatisfaction

The purchase process was fine and we took delivery as planned. However I fitted one of the extractor hoods and had concerns on the mechanism of the glass door. I was assured by your technical advisor that all was fine. I have since fitted the second extracto for a relative and although it is the same make it is a different model. The glass door on that model is different and seems fine but still not happy with mine. Kind of thinking I should have gone for a recognised brand ?

My First Go To for Appliances in Future …

This company delivers on time exactly as they say. They keep you updated every step of the despatch process. The staff who do the deliveries are cheerful and gracious. The company in my case also waived their no refund policy in respect of installation costs paid because of my unusual circumstances and they did so without me having to push for it. I received my appliance within a couple of days of ordering it in spite of living in the countryside. Now that I know about this company they will be my first go to for any appliance. Their prices are reasonable and customer service good too. Delivery charges acceptable, installation costs very good.

No carbon filters with this appliance

From ordering to the delivery the process was very easy, very nice cooker hood and the extraction is strong, also the cost was a great decider in this purchase
The only downfall on this order is that no where does it say that the carbon filters are not supplied with it if you are going to recirculate back into the room, so supplied without them I say them because it takes two filters and in the manual it states you can order from the supplier in a two pack BUT this is not the case they are sold separate at a cost of £24.99 each
Yet all of the other models have a twin pack and are cheaper.
If it has filters I would have given five stars in stead of four

Delivery was a nightmare. Finally received item after third attempt as PIN number was not not sent. Had to make two calls to customer service before problem sorted.

From start to finish the process in me getting a new cooker was seamless. The price was so reasonable. I got a call the next day to confirm everything. Then a message the night before and the day of arrival. A phone call 20 mins before they arrived. I cannot praise this company more . I will hundred percent use them again

It was disappointing

It was disappointing, there was no knock on the door and I have a knocker front & side. Although I will say they placed in in the back, very thankfully, because that is where our Washing Machine lives. Fortunately our son is a qualified Electrician with my husband now acting as assistant/foreman. We never at any point expected them to connect otherwise would have paid the money.

Excellent speedy service throughout reasonable delivery charges and competitive item price.
Very efficient and professional yet friendly delivery driver, placed the order late yesterday afternoon and the item arrived first thing this morning could not have asked for a better service, thank you.

Friendly personalised service

Courtesy phone just after placing the order online. Email confirmation the day before delivery day then on the day with a time slot. The driver came on time, was very friendly. Offered to take it through to the kit he for me, unpackaged it, took all of the rubbish away. Couldn’t do enough for me.

Easy to navigate website with reasonable prices. Able to choose delivery day, always a bonus when you work! Delivery was smooth and on time, driver very helpful too. Would buy from them again.
