Ordering a small chest freezer was easy and chat line was very helpful. I was kept fully informed about delivery . My freezer arrived within the time slot and delivered by a very cheerful and helpful driver. He wheeled it into my garage, helped me unpack and waited while I checked it for any damage. A very satisfactory experience all round. Thank you.
Good range of products at affordable prices. Prompt delivery. However the Courier company used (DX) could consider the well-being of their staff on the deliveries as our poor young driver didnt have a trolley or sack barrow so had to lug the heavy aircon unit up the driveway! Health & Safety would have a field day!

Quality product. Well packaged and good security. Lowest price I found. Nice to have choice of colour. Ordered Friday and I opted for Monday delivery. Watch out for delivery improvement - they changed delivery to Saturday but I wasn't going to be in and I had to change the delivery date back to Monday. Easy to move all relevant files and apps across from previous mobile using switch software. Nice to deal with a Yorkshire supplier.

The courtesy call from a young lady to inform me about delivery and insurance was really lovely, polite and helpful. The delivery men again were polite and helpful, putting the appliances where I wanted as the kitchen isn't ready for them. All in all lovely experience S Landells

Great site, one downfall is delivery method.
Paid extra for next day delivery and was given two time slots for delivery either no option of leaving goods in safe place. Had to take time off work to accept goods
