Saw this company on line selling modern slatted radiators at a much lower price than anyone else. Thought I would try them and hopefully all would be OK. Radiators came on time and are of excellent quality and great price ,so now I can afford to buy new ones for other rooms 😀 😉
Found a great Air cooler however was unable to pay by American Express which meant a delay in placing the order. We had to request for an invoice to be able to then pay by bank transfer, the delay meant we missed the next day delivery cut off.
The cooler itself made a big difference to our office temperature in this current heatwave. Reduced the temperature by 4 degrees to a more comfortable 22. As we are unable to fit an aircon unit this was the next best option. Its relatively quite in operation and if you need a bit more cooler air then adding some ice into the top tray really helps. The team are very happy.
If Amex was accepted as a payment method I would have given 5 star.
Advantages:
Was impressed by quietness level from near silent up to a medium hum. Light weight. Portable. You can have it on recharge while it's running.
The price is reasonable for what it does.
Disadvantages:
On medium speed with oscillation it lasts 6/7 hours on full charge. The bleep noise on pressing any button.

Orderd a fridge freezer on Thursday for next day delivery (friday) which didn't turn up, called the delivery company they said they didn't receive my item in time then said it'll be Wednesday at the earliest.. why offer next day delivery when you know its not possible?! Appliances direct or delivery company never told it wasn't been delivered either i had to chase this and lost days wages as had to be signed for!

Really pleased with this tumbledryer very easy to use and dries clothes and linen quickly. Hose is a little short but we’ve adapted it to my needs. Excellent delivery and delivery staff even took the cardboard and packaging away. Value for money.

Having placed my order for a cooker, I then received a telephone call asking what the dimensions were. I explained it was their product and they should know. I said I wanted no further calls and was told I would be emailed. We then received 2 further phone calls and I have received no email. Don’t use if you want a professional service and therefore a sense of trust. I was left with the sense they were trying to sell something else eg warranty, fitting, etc

Driver arrived over 1 hr late, was by himself when job was a 2 man lift, I had to help him get the fridge freezer from the back of the van, then he brought it to our back back door which led straight into our kitchen and was just going to leave it outside because he was running late, we had paid for package removal and item into room of your choice,so he reluctantly helped me get it into the kitchen which took about 30 seconds,what if I had still been at work, I don't think he would have got it off the van without damaging it, because my wife certainly would not have been able to help him.

The oven was delivered the day after you advised me of the delivery date. Therefore I was on holiday and had to be left with my tenant's, so I was unable to check it and install it, so rather inconvenient for me and them. Ordering online was efficient, just the delivery that wasn't.
