Cannot believe we found the item that we was looking for, checked the usual places like Amazon, Google etc. and came across Appliances direct. Decent price and received item in perfect condition, kept informed along the way where my item was. Will come here again in future.

Have always preferred to buy white goods from high st retailers but needed a microwave within 24 hours so builders could fit it for me. Applliance Direct had one that fit a new unit and could deliver the following day. Lots of real-time delivery notifications meant I didn't have to keep the builders waiting which I really appreciated. Its small but perfectly ok for my needs and looks very smart in the new unit.
Advantages:
Was impressed by quietness level from near silent up to a medium hum. Light weight. Portable. You can have it on recharge while it's running.
The price is reasonable for what it does.
Disadvantages:
On medium speed with oscillation it lasts 6/7 hours on full charge. The bleep noise on pressing any button.
Excellent service from Appliances Direct. The item ninja stack system was on sale at a very competitive price. The service very good with the appliance received within 24 hrs having paid a minimal free for the upgrade. Definitely no issues with the seller or product. Well recommended. Thank you.

Onw small dif

Beko 9kg washing machine I delivery and installation
It was one man on his own, whereas it should have been two. The poor man had to take our old machine, unpack our new machine and install. He did this with such ease. He was fantastic. He managed to connect the machine without any trouble, which was really good too as the fixings were with the machine in another room and not under the sink as usual.

Silent air conditioning unit except its not
I purchased this after reading how good it’s supposed to be. It arrived and was making a metallic rattling noise. I reported it and was told that to exchange it I’d have to pay £20 collection fee. I can’t afford it so stuck with it now.

Poor customer service electriq
Bought a portable air conditioner. arrived 2 days later but after leaving it to stand for 3 hours, set it up and turned it on. all lights and fan worked but no cooling. ? compressor not working. Contacted electriq service desk. needs to be returned but cannot collect for 4 days. wont deliver a replacement til had return back. whole service will take 1 week, and as they don't seem to give time slots for delivery will be 3 days stuck at home having waited for 2 deliveries and 1 collection. This is a poor next day service.

Waited 3 weeks for a delivery date &…
Waited 3 weeks for a delivery date & finally got a date which is 20/6 I've booked the day off to be told today that it's not coming for another 4 weeks, how can a appliance take so long to be delivered.
I shoud have looked at reviews before ordering.
Very poor service, you wonder how theses companies survive with such bead service.

Bad experience
Ordered a cooker from here and after installing, it was faulty. Customer service tried to convince me to go through the warranty. It was brand new. I refused and asked for a replacement. Two days later another cooker arrived, installed again and it was faulty. This time I requesred a refund.They took the cooker and then I had to argue with customer services to get my money back including the delivery charge. I pointed out to them that items under 30 days old that are faulty are entitled to a full refund including delivery. Eventually they agreed and a week later I had my money back. Dealing with customer services was frustrating and I definitely would not have chanced a third cooker from here.

door positioning
The delivery and packing of the wine cooler was exceptional having experienced damage on the delivery from a different supplier I was apprehensive, but no need. All was perfect. The only disappointment is the swing of the door because the pivot point is central on the door thickness, for the door to open fully the cooler has to be forward of any line of units. If the hinge was to the front on the corner it would swing clear. This is just an observation and I am more than happy with the cooler.
