Helpful delivery driver rating would have been a 5 but delivery was not delivered within given time slot, 2 and half hours late , finally delivered at 19.15 and no telephone call saying so. Did get phone call when he was 10 minutes away so did have contact details!!!!!
Great company. Ordering was easy. I did ring to check product was genuinely in stock and the staff member took my order over the phone.
I had ordered this product from another retailer who informed delivery in three days, after seven days I rang to enquire non delivery to be informed it wasn’t in stock!
Certainly not the case with Appliances Direct. Next day free delivery. Amazing. Will be dealing with them again. Thank you

My new fridge freezer was delivered and installed very rapidly and efficiently by 2 friendly and helpful staff. The team arrived at 7.20am, as arranged, and everything was completed by 8.00am. My only surprise and unexpected finding was that although there is a light in the fridge section there is no light installed in the freezer section, which is disappointing. Otherwise, it is working well

Having recently moved house and knowing I had to be away on the day of delivery I asked a friend to let the delivery guys in. I paid extra for them to put the fridge in place and remove packaging so that my friend didn’t have to. My friend then went on to place a few magnets onto the fridge for me as a kind gesture. When I got back I noticed a big dent in the side of the fridge which can only have been caused by the delivery since the fridge wasn’t touched by me or my friend. When I took a photo of the fridge because there was magnets on and the fact the friend had plugged in the fridge they refused to replace or mend the dent. I would never ever order from this company again. I would go with more reputable companies that offer a level of customer service that we should all expect.

The reason I made the order with Appliance Direct is because it said it will be delivered in 3 days, which is a lie because I had to wait 13 days for it. It was disappointing as we needed the cooker urgently,

Great company and keen prices but shame about the transport company they use to deliver their appliances. They are dreadful. Hence the 3 star review. It is a pity that a transport company could ruin other companies reputation’s.

This was the kind of experience you always hope you'll get from a company but which, unfortunately all too often, fails to materialise. Though the ordering (I bought a dehumidifier) was not entirely straightforward, delivery (though it cost £25.00) was tracked, on time, with a cheerful courier. The packaging was robust, and the product so far has performed to spec. I've qualified the ordering process because I found the website confusing and missed the box for delivery address. Rectifying that took a phone call and a rather protracted and cumbersome procedure. The assistant I spoke to, however, was as helpful as he could be.
