Wow, just wow, I just had my new black dishwasher and the two delivery guys went above and beyond.
I have heart failure and they put it where I wanted it, and helped me remove another appliance, all I can say is this when I need to get another appliance I will be coming to Appliance Direct.

Thank you for the delivery today of the new Bosch dishwasher,
This is the second time I have used Appliances Direct and had no problems at all, they always text me before they deliver and the drive is always polite,
Also the the company is very helpful with any questions, and not had any problems with each of the appliances we have got from the company,
BBQ arrived next day and was delivered correctly and exactly on time. It required two reasonably competent people to put it together and took over 2 hours. We have not used it yet as it is intended for our holiday caravan.
100% would use again everything was so smooth from purchase to delivery. Constant updates from company as to where my order was and called before delivery to say they would be there in 30 mins within the time frame allocated. Delivery driver was well presented and very helpful. I had read reviews on this business and my experience was a great one from start to finsh.

Terrible experience and ripped off
I purchased washing machine and paid for installation,disconnection and disposal of old machine,
My new machine arrived however delivery company said they were not insured to disconnect or reconnect washing machine so dumped new machine in my sitting room and left. As machine was refurbished it was in bubble wrap.
It took me over a week to source someone to install and take away old machine.
Appliance direct apologised and refunded me the money I had paid for connection etc.
Happy that now had machine after all this time as I have medical needs.
Loaded my new machine put it on to discover it was the wrong machine a 7kg instead of 9kg totally different model .
I phoned and emailed appliance direct who asked me to send photos, serial numbers etc. I am in my 60s and not good with technology so really struggled with this, however got it done.
Got a email back apologies again saying they would send out the correct machine, disconnect and return the 7kg machine all on the same day with no extra charge and assured me this would go smoothly.
27th May the delivery company arrive with my new machine only to tell me the were not insured to install it and were not taking the other machine away.
I refused delivery as did not want two machines in my small flat.
I have been so stressed and upset with my experience.
Initially I ordered refurbished machine to save money which has certainly not been the case as I’ve occurred laundry charges at garage 3 washes @ £18 per time.
I have asked for a refund now but no response .
I now have a less expensive smaller machine than I paid for which is no good to me 7kg drum due to medical needs.

appaling service
2nd time ordering from AD.....courier asks me to help carry gas cooker upstairs to my flat and help carry the old item out. I PAID for delivery/removal and then customer service take 3-5 days to make refund but can take payment in seconds .....absolute rubbish would NOT recommend

Visor Hood Purchase
Ordering online was a simple process and good value for money deals. I decieded to collect my item from collection depot on 26th May 2025 and date was confirmed by email. Turned up to collect and collection depot was closed. The 22 mile journey each way was a waste of time and money. Had to visit the collection depot next day. They need to look into bank holiday collection bookings if depot is closed. That's why they get a 2 star.

Terrible Customer Service
The customer service I have received from this company has been horrendous. Firstly they sent me the wrong colour of radiator valves (totally different to the radiator) - I had had to wait 3 months on this delivery as it was. When I contacted them about this they eventually said that they would collect the wrong ones and as soon as they were collected they would issue a replacement. I waited 7 days and no message from them so I rang and them and no one had remembered to send my replacement. They then told me it would be another 6 weeks before the valves arrived. This will be 4 or 5 months since the date I ordered the radiator. When I asked what they could do for my inconvenience they said they don’t do any discount or compensation for customers (or customer service it would appear). Cold bathroom continues 🤬.
