Very easy website to use with a good range of products to choose from and prices are good as well. Delivery was fast and my freezer arrived well packed and in perfect condition.
The delivery driver
was polite and helpful and they took my old unit away for recycling for a fair price making the whole transaction hassle free.

Perfect in all respects. Fridge/Freezer arived next day well with in the 3 hour time slot and I received regular up dates from the couriers.

Two man delivery team from BJS were professional a

Item was unpacked and packaging and scrap unit were removed as ordered.

Happy with my experience, it was all that you'd expect from a store. Easy to get through on the phone and helpful advice. Delivery kept me guessing a bit but once it had updated itself, albeit at short notice, my refurb CDA Combi oven came when it said it would. The delivery guys were helpful, polite and friendly. Early days with the oven itself but so far so good. The only downside is that despite clear instructions about how to use the functions, there's no info about which bits can stay inside the oven during which functions, and there's no "how to" online. However, this is probably CDA's oversight and not a reflection on Appliances Direct.

I ordered a freestanding cooker online to be collected. It was ready quickly, & the 1 staff at the depot was very friendly & helpful. The item was packaged correctly & not damaged. Worked perfectly when we got it plumbed into the gas & electric.

Both fans charged for approximately 5 hours.
The fans were not silent as advertised but quieter than other portable fans.
Friday 9.5.25...NEITHER FAN IS WORKING.
Very Dissapointing !!!
I thought the problem might be that they needed to be recharged.
Recharging took 5 hours.
STILL NOT WORKING.
Have you any suggestions ?
If not l would like a refund.

Terrible Service and Never Received Goods.

This company is terrible.I never received the goods due to a bureaucratic nightmare with DPD PIN numbers that numerous contacts and calls failed to resolve and correct. I ordered an air con unit but sadly it couldn't be delivered as Appliance Direct had my landline rather than my mobile so DPD couldn't send me the PIN number to release the goods. Twice I had to send them away on the doorstep.It seems they copied over the information from my paypal but there was some error where they ended up with my landline and not mobile (Paypal has both). I deleted the information on my paypal account so it couldn't be sent in error and on Appliance direct internal contact details that had clearly copied it over from Paypal. On the second day they had still failed to update the information. Their advice was that I cancel the order and re-order. No apology. No attempt to make amends. No real service. There was a fault in the system and communication and instead of dealing with it I was sent from pillar to post through numerous customer service automatons. It was my problem not theirs. I twice gave them my mobile as well. I am still waiting for confirmation of my refund as I have cancelled the order (and delivery was attempted even after this.) They are unbelievably bad. Several phone calls, emails etc, hours wasted. My advice would be to order elsewhere. They don't care about customer service or basic delivery of goods. I still have no idea if my money is being refunded. Save yourself the stress and spend your money elsewhere.
