The oven was delivered well within the delivery time frame and was installed quickly and efficiently with no mess.
All the packaging was removed along with the old cooker. The delivery men were frien
dly and professional, they checked to make sure everything was working correctly before they left

Simple and easy to order, good value appliance - bought a single oven. Excellent delivery/packaging and very happy with purchase. Only negative is the clock timer / alarm is extremely quiet which isn't useful.

Ordered my item thinking delivery would take a lot longer than it did. Communications were spot on. Never had to ask or chase anything. I was emailed it was despatched, delivery date and approx time and wasn't disappointed. Thankyou for providing a hassle free shopping experience

Slight confusion as the drivers didn’t have the right instructions about removing the boxes which I had paid for but they quickly sorted it out. Fridge unfortunately doesn’t fit the gap so having to get carpenter to rebuild. Wrong fittings supplied for the water connection but sourced one quickly.

All the above being said the item looks really good and does what it says. Let’s hope it lasts as long as the Bosch it replaced which was over 20 years.

Awful (lack of) customer service …

Item not delivered and delivery company has offered no alternative date. Waited in all day, nothing from company to advise they wouldn’t be able to deliver. Meaningless and insincere apology past 5PM from delivery company. Paid for electrician to be here to install (an oven), understandably had to pay him for wasted time. Awful lack of service.

Excellent communication

Excellent communication, received an email stating the delivery time slot and then the driver phone shortly before arrival. I was charged for recycling an old appliance which wasn't the case and was promptly phone by Appliances Direct to say a refund would be back in my account shortly, I would definitely use again.

Refurbished microwave difficult to fit.

Bought a refurbished integrated microwave that arrived very well boxed and protected by thick bubble wrap. However it was difficult to fit as it has obviously been previously heavily dropped as it had a leg severely bent making it difficult to fit and unable for me to fix. Should have been sorted on refurbishment. It works but I have not much faith it will last long. I would not purchase another refurbished microwave.

Delivery was good haven’t used the tea…

Delivery was good haven’t used the tea urn yet but looks good,the only thing wrong is the drip tray not the best, it’s magnetic and not very strong otherwise I would have give you a 5

I purchased 2 electric radiators for a…

I purchased 2 electric radiators for a house we was doing up. Came to £450, email said delivery 1st April.
We arranged for someone to be there as the house is right on a main road with a very small fronf garden, 10 foot square. The delivery company APC sent updates throughout the day as to where it was & expected time, 5 miles from it being delivered a email said 'delivery delayed' & the tracking showed it back at the hub 30 miles away!
Next day nothing until mid morning then 'your package is out for delivery', no way to contact to say no one in. Next thing a 'your package is delivered' & a photo of the radiators literally on the path/main road! I leave work early to go & collect, 1 hour later I arrive and nothing there!!
Contact both Appliance Direct & APC and NOTHING for 2 days! In the mean time I have a fitter booked and have to go to a local shop to purchase 2 more for him to fit, so now £900 down!
Finally someone from Appliance Direct calls me & I explain all this and that it must have been stolen?! They finally offer 1/2 my purchase from them back as a refund! Now it maybe that APC is the issue BUT as the supplier Appliance Direct should make sure their goods are received by someone & not just left roadside!
It has cost me £700 for something worth £450! Finally make sure someone is in for delivery!!
