Quiet, Powerful & Looks Great – Highly Recommend!

I’m really impressed with the angled SUPER SILENT 60 cm cooker hood. It’s very quiet, even on the highest setting, and easily handles steam and cooking smells. The touch controls are simple to use, and the bright LED light is a nice bonus.

It looks sleek and modern in our kitchen, and installation was quick and easy.

Also, a big plus — Appliances Direct handled the delivery perfectly. On time, well packaged, and hassle-free.

Great product and service overall — highly recommend!

Ordering a small chest freezer was easy and chat line was very helpful. I was kept fully informed about delivery . My freezer arrived within the time slot and delivered by a very cheerful and helpful driver. He wheeled it into my garage, helped me unpack and waited while I checked it for any damage. A very satisfactory experience all round. Thank you.

very efficient product came on time and cant fault the experience much at all. only thing i would say is that people dont need constant calls after the sale to get browny points, i suggest the company waits for people to contact them if at any point they have an isue with the service.

Quality product. Well packaged and good security. Lowest price I found. Nice to have choice of colour. Ordered Friday and I opted for Monday delivery. Watch out for delivery improvement - they changed delivery to Saturday but I wasn't going to be in and I had to change the delivery date back to Monday. Easy to move all relevant files and apps across from previous mobile using switch software. Nice to deal with a Yorkshire supplier.

Is it even going to arrive ??

I've ordered an oven which was/is meant to be delivered on the 17th June 2025. The order so far is 3 hours late (to be delivered between 12.30pm and 4.30pm) and i've heard nothing from the delivery drivers. It's now 7.30pm and i'm stuck at work not knowing whether they're even on their way???

I understand there can be traffic issues, but three hours late and no word is not acceptable.

There's no way of tracking what time they'll actually be here (if at all) and the customer service phone number closes at 5.30pm which is rather useless, especially as the website and delivery email says if the item is damaged upon delivery or there's a problem then to call them ..... how exactly?

This is the first time i've ordered from them and it'll be the last !!
