Customer service ace! (I wanted proper invoice/receipt).
Only downside was slight damage to edges of a product due to over tight packing. Annoying but not disastrous.

Ordered A1 boards and jam jars. Packaged well so arrived intact. The jam jars are great value and I have ordered on a number of occasions and never had a breakage.
All corners on the boards were undamaged too. Required for a project and delighted with the quality and price.
Delivery was quick so absolutely no complaints.
