MBP made me an offer for my camera equipment after the latest camera company in Chicago said my items were useless/worth nothing. MPB made me an offer on several pieces I sent them, one piece I did not like the offer from they promptly returned. I will be sending them more equipment in the near future now that I KNOW they are legit.

My most recent purchase was a Canon MP-E 65mm f2.8 1-5x Macro and it is in amazing condition, the images it produces are crystal clear and pin sharp. Well done MPB on another faultless transaction. I am now eyeing up a Canon 70-200mm zoom.
MPB have done it again. When a camera body came up for sale that I was after I traded an older model and lens against the newer model. The quote I received was better than I was expecting. The result is that I now own a camera that is virtually brand new for a fraction of the original asking price.
I wouldn’t hesitate recommending MPB as a place to buy/sell/trade photography equipment. The process of collection, review, quote and delivery were flawless.

It was simple to use there website and fast to get the quote the shipping label and to get my money in the bank I started it on May 17th receive my direct deposit by may 30th and that was with waiting on FedEx to pick up my package and they also add money to my quote because I add the neck strap and didn't realize they pay for them also

Ok so I am writing this to express Concern about MPB, I have been a very loyal customer for many years and bought and sold many items.
2 days ago I purchased leica lens listed as a 11928. it was however a shown as 11695 lens, the 11928 is a black limited edition version of the 11695. the model listing is incorrect as they list it as a silver lens.
I provided many sources of information to be passed onto the Product Specialists proving the 11928 is a black version.
They were listing the 11928 at a 700euro premium over the 11695 lens so I purchased it thinking there may be a error in the photos listed.
I received the package and opened it up it was indeed a 11695 silver lens, so I contacted MPB and told them that it was the wrong lens and took a video of when I unboxed it.
MPB product specialist's incorrectly listed this lens as a 11928, however their response on the matter is what alarms me the most, they continue to say that the product specialist's say its a silver lens, and is the correct model, however the box is stamped 11695 and also the lens itself is stamped 11695, so how can they say it is 11928 ?
I was willing to keep it if they refunded me the premium I payed over the other 11695 they have listed for 1929. however all i got offered was a 35euro voucher.
the other option is sending back for a full refund, so does this mean MPB will relist it as the same price I payed and listing it as a 11928? that feels wrong to me and I have a guilty conscience now doing that in case someone else buys it as a 11928.
MPB have put me into a tricky situation., wouldn't it be easier for MPB to investigate the model correctly and then admit their mistake and let me keep it and refund me the premium ?
now I will have to send back for a refund only to buy the same lens listed for 1929, in fact the 11695 lens is listed as brand new condition also, a better grade than the 11695 I purchased for 2579.
its a very sad outcome and a bad experience, MPB should be protecting end users and make sure items are described correctly.
oh and did I mention I got ghosted after expressing my concern after I was offered a 35euro voucher?

The evaluation of my used gear was spot on.
The service is spotless, from start to finish.
Easy to use, instructions very clear at each stage.
With my used gear there was also an item I didn't need anymore (and forgo it was attached to the camera), and they gave me money for it.
All in all absolutely perfect.

Fantastic communication & efficient service. Although it was indicated that my purchase may not arrive until next Monday I was delighted to be told that it would it arrive via DPD today. A parcel containing camera gear was marked as delivered by their courier but was left outside my apartment block - completely unsecured. When I got home, it was gone (likely stolen). I reported the issue to MPB over a month ago, provided a police crime reference number, and followed every necessary step on my end.
Since then, MPB has stopped responding to my case entirely. I’ve had to escalate the issue through PayPal just to try and get any resolution. The lack of communication and accountability has been incredibly frustrating, especially for a company handling high-value items.
I really expected better. If you're going to use MPB, be aware that if something goes wrong, you might be left in the dark.

So far I have only sold to MPB. I can highly recommend them if you need to unload some gear or trade it in. Both times I’ve sold them equipment they gave me more than was originally quoted. I love that the money is direct deposited into my bank. That is very convenient.

I recently purchased a canon L series zoom lens from MPB. although this seemed to work perfectly there was an unusual noise when connected to a camera body. I emailed MPB about this and received a reply from Rosie in the customer care team. I was sent a comprehensive list of fault checks to identify the problem. I sent the results back to Rosie and she concluded that there was a fault that needed rectifying. I was offered a repair or replacement free of charge. I opted for a replacement and selected a suitable lens from stock. Rosie reserved this and sent me a DPD label to return the faulty lens. When MPB received this my replacement was sent to me immediately. The replacement although in mint condition was priced at £40 less than my original and a refund was issued. I cannot thank Rosie enough for the superb service and attention to detail provided by her and I will definitely be using MPB for all my future purchases.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I recently grabbed a sigma 70-300mm off their website which unfortunately broke a few months after purchase (not their fault in the slightest). I emailed them about it and they were extremely quick to help me out. They were completely out of the same lens that I was using, but offered me an extra £10 along with the £119 I had back from the warranty to get another lens. This unfortunately wasn’t enough to buy the lens I wanted, but they helped me out by reserving a lens for me until I get paid. I would also like to add that Sam ( the individual who helped me on the return ) and other members of the MPB team, was very polite and generally a nice person to speak to during the return process. I will definitely be using their website again in the future.

A little story, I had gotten in a an Canon EOS M 50 and its screen was not working. Come to find out that i had to replace it, but thanks to the MPB team got the camera taken care of and sent a new one to me, i am a happy customer.
