I have been using MPB right from their launch in 2011 and has always been my go to place for all my professional photographic and video needs. The best in the field by far!
I’ve spent thousands and sold thousands of pounds with them over the years and I can’t recommend MPB enough! If you need stuff quickly then the option is there. Perfect for us professionals with changing work dynamics.

That reminds me, I have yet another box of MPB goodies arriving tomorrow!

I wonder when I will get a free camera tho? lol. (Just kidding obviously)

I don't often write reviews but found the service excellent! I have sold electronics to various places in the past and do dread the email "we have updated your quote" however MPB identified that my camera was actually worth more than expected and the quote offered was £10 higher which was brilliant. They were delayed a little due to backlog but kept me updated. I will hopefully receive payment in 1-3 days

Was easy to arrange the sale of my lens via the easily accessible web site. Although it’s not my first use of this service (was previously extremely fast between goods submission and payment) it did take well over 2 weeks before payment was made. Bonus, my initial quote was increased as it was deemed to be of better quality than had said. Winner winner!!😊 Only 4 stars because of the delay in receiving payment. Not as quick as my previous experience

Excellent online experience buying a used Canon 24-105 f4 L Mk 11. Advertised 'as new' and it is.

Camera equipment is expensive and buying through MPB gets you affordable top quality, excellent condition, gear and with a guarantee. This is a great way to buy expensive,quality gear at affordable prices with a first-class company,UK based,too so peace of mind.

I received the lens within a few days and the courier advised me via Email as he got nearer to my home so I was ready to collect as it was delivered.

I can't get a response to report a fault and send a faulty camera back

I bought a camera (swift delivery so that's plus) but there is a fault, and can anyone reach them? I sent emails, used the chat service and called. It's past their 14-day period and I am so frustrated that I was unable to get a response from them. I spent £600 and I will go to Small Claims Court. Do Not Buy! It seems people have a more positive experience when they sell

They offered 170 euros for unpacked / new lens that costs 500 new. So, don't waste your time.

Sigma Macro Lens.

The lens I purchased was exactly how it was described on MPB website. It arrived within the timeframe set by the company, I would use the company again, recommend any camera enthusiast to visit the site.

What a great company the whole process…

What a great company the whole process was so easy the courier came and picked up my parcel .I was kept informed all the time and the offer I received was higher than first thought .Will definitely recommend anyone to use this great company. We'll done and thank you for making it all so easy and hassle free.

Absolutely amazing !

Wow ! This brand is absolutely amazing, I went to a local camera shop and they said my camera that had only been used twice was worth £250, then did a quote for MPB and it was was worth more than double. Really fast inspection; and great communication. I will sell any of my other cameras to these in the future. Thank you so much !! :)

Excellent. I was nervous to use them but thr Zeiss lenses I bought were all in brand new condition. I have used them and they are excellent. I have no problem using them again nor recommending them.

They kept my equipment

I requested a trade in price for 3 of my lenses as a trade against one lens I was hoping to purchase. I was delighted with the trade in price as it meant I could have the one lens I was really after.
I sent in 3 lenses for a trade. 2 lenses were in the original product packaging with lens hood and protective cases. Imagine my disappointment when I received an email stating that the trade in price would be adjusted to a considerably lower price than the online AI generated quote. I was given an online quote of £196 for my 3 lenses, and the lens I wanted was £185. The new adjusted quote after I sent in my equipment was £125, which meant I would need to pay an additional £60 for the lens. I decided to decline the trade-in offer as I could not afford to pay the difference and requested my lenses to be returned to me. I have only received 2 of the 3 lenses I sent to MPB. 1 lens which was in original packaging with a lens hood and protective carry case and UV filter was kept by MPB.
Beware of sending in your equipment - you won't necessarily receive back the equipment you sent in if you decline the trade-in offer.
Not happy with this service.

All quotes provided are estimates until our Product Specialists have completed their inspection. During this process, each item is carefully assessed, and if the condition differs from what was originally stated, a price adjustment may be applied. These adjustments can sometimes increase the value, but in this instance, we can see that the adjustment resulted in a lower value. We're especially sorry to hear you haven’t received all of your items back.
