Through our Employee Spotlight series, we’ll be sharing their stories and insights, celebrating the passion, dedication, and talent that drive our company forward! 🩷 Meet Rebecca, our Head of Brand Marketing. Q: What do you love most about being a part of Revolution? A: It’s definitely the people that make Revolution such an incredible place to work. Everyone is deeply passionate about our products and being part of the brand. We all genuinely believe in our values, like making high-quality, cruelty-free cosmetics accessible to everyone. From developing innovative products to executing on campaigns, it’s been amazing to see how all teams pushed themselves last year. I’m so excited to see what 2025 will bring! Q: What does a typical day in your role look like, Becky? A: No two days are the same. One day I might be brainstorming campaign concepts with the Brand Team, and the next, I’m on set for a model shoot to launch a new product. That’s one of the things I love most about my job – it’s always dynamic and exciting! Q: You’ve worked at Revolution for over four years. What has been your favourite moment? A: Seeing our Skin Silk campaign in Times Square last year was truly unforgettable. It marked a significant milestone for Revolution in establishing our presence in the U.S. market, and I couldn’t have been prouder of everyone’s hard work to make it happen. Skin Silk has since become our bestselling foundation globally, and just yesterday, we launched a community-created shade extension, doubling the range! Q: What are you looking forward to most in 2025? A: We have some incredible new products launching this year, and having tested them myself, I can’t wait for everyone else to try them too. The level of quality and innovation is so inspiring, and it makes creating standout campaigns even more exciting. I’m also eager to see how our new Rev Gen platform will enhance our connection with the community. They’ve been the driving force behind our success, and we’re committed to listening, learning, and evolving alongside them.   • We were pleased to report a return to profitability as part of our FY24 results released this morning. We are making good progress with the Reigniting the Revolution strategy we launched in February and remain confident in our ability to become a top 5 player in the mass beauty market.
