I went into the Superdry store with the intention of buying some colourful T-shirts. While the store offered discount for the round neck t-shirt they didnt offer the same discount for the V nect ones. When I told the sales staff that I will buy the V neck T shirt if they offered me the same discount she referred the matter to her manager who approved the discount. I bought 3 V shaped neck T Shirts for a total price of £50 and left the store feeling very happy.

Very happy! A repeat purchase of an old favourite that served me well for many years. Jacket has all the usual technical aspects which I love, high warm collar, secure good, waist tues, easy access pockets & looks great !
Zips are slight overkill with so many but overall my favourite go to jacket

Very good. The items were too small and the sales assistant advised me the items could be purchased from the website in a size larger. He refunded the cost of the two items a d I was that happy with the transaction I bought another 2. Great service unlike some clothing stores that will not refund your money, and will only hand out a credit.

I was down Somerset on holiday we decided to visit clarks village , we'll what can I say , I loved the superdry store , its obviously more expensive than other clothes , but you can tell the difference straight away , the quality of clothing is amazing .it was that good we visited twice. I recently bought a t-shirt and a jacket from Superdry, and I'm impressed by the quality. The t-shirt feels really soft and comfortable, and the stitching is solid, promising durability.

I’d purchased a gilet online from Superdry unfortunately it has been lost on transit and wasn’t even Superdry’s fault it was Evri’s faults as soon as I’ve emailed Superdry they sent me the new one and after a day I received it.

So I tried a size in store and wanted a bigger size so ordered online one size up and there was no difference between the sizes as its Chinese made??
Seems a bit ridiculous to me and lost the money I spent of delivery fees to get and to return the jacket as they didn't do any bigger.
Won't be shopping with superdry again and if you are a larger gent don't bother it's not worth the hassle

Quality has seriously dropped with regards to their T-Shirts.
They always used to be quite a thick cotton and wore really well, now the three I was given for Christmas are all misshapen (I've followed the care instructions to the letter):and they are very thin. Really disappointed - I know they are in trouble but it seems like their solution is to drop the quality and charge us the same or more.
I won't be buying anymore Tees from them, which is a real shame as I love the styles.

Always bag a bargain or two when Superdry have a sale, great prices, quality clothing. Recently purchased two pairs Carpenter Jeans, great fit, love them, really well made.

The quality of your clothes is excellent but your sizes are not good for the bigger male. I am quite well built with a 46 inch chest and purchased an xxl but thus was too tight although your sizes said 48 48 inches and it certainly isn't fir someone of my size. Wish your sizes were more accurate as it's lost you a sale.

Great online shopping and customer service experience, the clothing I ordered arrived quickly and without hitch!! Good delivery notifications. Unfortunately cargo pants didn’t fit well when arrived so had to return, but no problems with return either, refund was easy and quick!

Great store, huge, beautiful clothes on the very pricey side of things (I can’t believe they selling men’s cotton sweatshirts for 60 pounds!), amazing designs but super expensive and the garments quality is pretty normal. My only issue is there where only two staff members on the whole store and I had to wait in a queu for 5 mins.
