Very happy! A repeat purchase of an old favourite that served me well for many years. Jacket has all the usual technical aspects which I love, high warm collar, secure good, waist tues, easy access pockets & looks great !
Zips are slight overkill with so many but overall my favourite go to jacket

I was down Somerset on holiday we decided to visit clarks village , we'll what can I say , I loved the superdry store , its obviously more expensive than other clothes , but you can tell the difference straight away , the quality of clothing is amazing .it was that good we visited twice. I recently bought a t-shirt and a jacket from Superdry, and I'm impressed by the quality. The t-shirt feels really soft and comfortable, and the stitching is solid, promising durability.

I absolutely love buying my clothes from Superdry. The quality is top the delivery is fast. This is how you sell clothes other retailers should take note. What I order I receive no out of stock or wrong size. Shop here you won't regret it.

So I tried a size in store and wanted a bigger size so ordered online one size up and there was no difference between the sizes as its Chinese made??
Seems a bit ridiculous to me and lost the money I spent of delivery fees to get and to return the jacket as they didn't do any bigger.
Won't be shopping with superdry again and if you are a larger gent don't bother it's not worth the hassle

Super dry is my favourite clothes shop .I love the quality of the clothes and materials used .proper thick cotton not the thin cheap crap .I like the hoodies and Tshirts and always shop here for these items as I know the quality is there.

Great store, huge, beautiful clothes on the very pricey side of things (I can’t believe they selling men’s cotton sweatshirts for 60 pounds!), amazing designs but super expensive and the garments quality is pretty normal. My only issue is there where only two staff members on the whole store and I had to wait in a queu for 5 mins.

The quality of your clothes is excellent but your sizes are not good for the bigger male. I am quite well built with a 46 inch chest and purchased an xxl but thus was too tight although your sizes said 48 48 inches and it certainly isn't fir someone of my size. Wish your sizes were more accurate as it's lost you a sale.

Great clothes, good quality & sizing is better as they used to come to small but they are now true to size. Always a returning customer as always happy with Superdry purchases. The stores are always very busy looking with clothes everywhere in a small looking space but this is the vibe of all superdry stores I have visited.

May have been returned, may have been redistributed.
Bots limited in helping. Agent seems to help but still no further on 10 days later.
Confused but hopeful resolution will found. Relieved item was for myself not a gift for another persons birthday etc.

Ordered a t-shirt as a present , top was good quality but size did not fit! Contacted Superdry customer service and was able to exchange for the next size up easily …. Overall I would recommend Superdry for its quality and excellent customer service!

I mean … it’s a tough because everyone is really nice in there, but there’s little customer service. I hunted around for a jacket for quite sometime trying to decide.
I was looking for something in particular, I might have been able to describe that to someone had they of been there at the changing rooms. Even on your way out when putting things back they could be asking if there’s anything else you’d like to try or anything you had in mind.
The customer knows what they like and finds the right clothing for them, by asking the ‘sellers’ advice.
But yeah… it was a bit frustrating and the lighting in the changing rooms was poor.
I will say this, a star ⭐️ for the Jacket!! It isss incredible!
And a star ⭐️ for the person that actually took my payment, whom apologised for me waiting at the till and were very nice!
