recently onmy last visit to superdry store ,i had a fantastic expeience fromstart to finish. clean organized. i had great selection of trendy and high quality clothing.the staff were very much friendly,knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me find exactly what iwas looking for.
definily i will come back and highly recomend superdry to everyone
Great looking, stylish, lightweight, mid-priced day backpack. Compartments not many, one large and one front pocket. Bought mainly for its branding and design style also functional for day outings
No workers came up to me unnecessarily.This I was very happy with because they normally come up when Im doing my own thing or just start looking at me thinking I'm going to steal.Got an amazing new York top and I'm sooo happy with it , the fit is gorgeous and it's a really nice dark red and grey colour.
Fantastic shopping experience in Superdry Cabot Circus the store was well stocked with some amazing bargains. The staff were friendly and very helpful checking we had found everything we needed. Well done Superdry and the team.

Jacket bought in store when went to store to swap they asked me to pay again since they cant swap the size since they order the jacket online for me instead of from stock. Just a weird behavior, no where happens like that. Zero professionalism in process and in employees at Manchester Arendale store.

Ordered 3 items on sale. One was delivered as intended (and was lovely quality too).
While I was waiting for the other 2 items, I got an email stating the order had been cancelled and I got my money refunded.
The refund process was pain-free and quick (and hands free, I didn't have to do anything!), however it's frustrating that they allowed me to purchase the items in the first place and it took 4 days to let me know they didn't have them in stock after all. They should invest in a better stock management system
