The website is easy to manage, payment straight forward as I ordered online. Delivery was well within the time stated, which was a pleasant surprise.
The windcheater is beautifully made and has been admired by many, when I’ve worn it.
I ordered a size small, it fits perfectly as I’m a UK size 10, though I must add, the sleeves are fairly long. This doesn’t matter too much as the rib cuff holds everything in place.
I highly recommend this company and the quality of their clothing.

I looked at lots of military style over shirts, and liked most of them. I always choose carefully, but the Superdry design wins for its colour, style; and what I really like is the cotton fabric used. A fabulous garment for a relaxed casual look.

I was shopping for a particular item which the Nottingham shop had in stock, no problem and the hoodie is so far as good as all the previous ones I've had. However, I would say I find your stores dark and too cluttered to browse easily. As an older shopper I find that off putting which is a shame.

Good quality shirt. Nice colour, fit is perfect. Bought in sale, wouldn’t have paid original full price. Delivery a little slow considering it’s paid for.

Superdry is a very atmospheric shop. Feels like an Aladdin’s cave. The staff are always polite and never pushy or in your face. The clothes are a wonderful quality and the recent collection is gorgeous.

Superdry, garments are top quality, the styles of the clothing are unique,
One slight obstacle the xxl sizes are way to small if only.
Customer support team are understanding and very helpful 👍🏻

Good service instore at the Colchester store , staff helpful & polite, couple of items my wife wanted not instock in her size, so staff ordered them for home delivery which was free delivery also.

Easy to order, item arrived quickly. It was an organic cotton shirt, when it arrived it felt a bit crispy/roughish texture however that soon softened up and I am delighted.

Good quality, just make sure you order one size up, at least in my case thats what i do, as my size dosent fit me, other than that,products are high quality..

I ordered Two pairs of sliders for my partner different styles. Both the same size but one set is smaller than the other so I find that abit ridiculous as one fits and the other pair now doesn’t.

Long time since I have bought a Superdry beanie, but I have many at home and they have always been fantastic

I wear long-sleeved t-shirts most of the time. Superset’s are a good fit (I’m normally large but buy extra-large in these). Colours are muted but nice. They’re quite good value but after a couple of years get that ‘decaying cotton’ smell.

Hoodies were great. Lost a star as goods split into 2 packages which were sent out same time to be delivered in 2-4 days. First package delivered after 2 days but second package took 6-7 days.

Service was fine but product was / is not. I purchased some orange label underwear trunks which were excellent which are no longer available. The replacement is ill fitting and lacks the quality the orange label products but cost the same.

I love superdry products... Always great quality & style.
I ordered 2 t shirts for delivery to store.
1st order went missing.
2nd order went on holiday to Birmingham for 24 hours before being delivered a day later than promised!
I contacted customer services who were all rude... Offered no apologies and told me that I was incorrect before disconnecting chat!
Won't bother ordering again.
