Absolutely love this jumper. It’s not thick so fantastic for me as like to layer up. Although it’s slightly cropped, it’s not too short. Good quality. Delivery arrived on scheduled day. All in all love it.

I purchased a faulty item. Took it back to the shop couldn't get a simple refund. Reordered online. What a farce. Delivery company inevitably deliver when I'm myself at work. Super dry didn't have another coat in stock. Useless shopping experience. Not for me.

I went into the Superdry store with the intention of buying some colourful T-shirts. While the store offered discount for the round neck t-shirt they didnt offer the same discount for the V nect ones. When I told the sales staff that I will buy the V neck T shirt if they offered me the same discount she referred the matter to her manager who approved the discount. I bought 3 V shaped neck T Shirts for a total price of £50 and left the store feeling very happy.

Nice experience in your Maidstone branch. Lots of choice and laid out well. Attentive staff but not overly pushy. Nice to find a decent store in Maidstone these days. I think there is about 4 that are worth visiting the country town for these days!

Lots of choice, website easy to navigate, buying process clear and easy. Opted for click and collect. Delivery was quick, team instore were friendly and well organised. Trousers are perfect! Exactly as described, good fit, really good quality. Happy customer!

Return clothing for correct size required that I pay for courier from my pocket which is strange for an online retailer.
Soon after I spent that money, instead of getting me a correct size they just canceled my order.
This means I paid 5000 which I immediately lost when order was canceled.
Superdry is a scam, for sure.

Haven’t worn yet but tried on and lovely dress for summer. Lined which makes it hang well and move nicely - good quality. Only downside for me is the bright luminous orange tags in the inside/back/top of the dress which obviously show through! Can’t cut out as could damage dress. First Superdry purchase so perhaps it’s their Trademark (?) but it does spoil it for me hence only 4 stars. Easy ordering and came on time.

Bought a Fuji Hooded Mid Length Puffer Coat, for my wife, online, within one month lining has come loose, pocket liners totally gave way, seams are coming undone, not even slightly water proof! Extremely poor overall quality!

I was down Somerset on holiday we decided to visit clarks village , we'll what can I say , I loved the superdry store , its obviously more expensive than other clothes , but you can tell the difference straight away , the quality of clothing is amazing .it was that good we visited twice. Very good. The items were too small and the sales assistant advised me the items could be purchased from the website in a size larger. He refunded the cost of the two items a d I was that happy with the transaction I bought another 2. Great service unlike some clothing stores that will not refund your money, and will only hand out a credit.

The returns process could be more straightforward. You get a refund for the cost of the item and then you have to email Superdry to request refund for the postage. A prepaid return label would be much more user friendly.

I have always loved Superdry clothes and the quality is great! I bought the wrong size 1st of all and I brought it back and it was exchanged for a larger size with no issues and I bought more and why not!

The staff makes your experience there a great time. Paige was so friendly and helpful. I also forgot a parcel there that she put in a safe place for me to collect. Great choice of garments I actually bought more than planned as I couldn’t resist the lovely hoodies. But Paige’s service stood out from the start, big smile and ready to help.
