The most common is to get a valuation online which takes 16 seconds, book an appointment at one of our branches which are open 7 days a week, average drive time to branch is 10.3 minutes and the average appointment length from purchase start to outcome logged was 23 minutes, from data collected between 1st July & 30th November 2025. 2. The most common time to get an online quote for all customers with the correct information to hand between 1st July 2025 & 30th November 2025 was 16 seconds.

We always carry out an on-site inspection of a vehicle before we offer to buy it.
